Jennifer Moore – Why I Became a Realtor: When I was growing up, we moved all the time. I went to 3 high schools in 4 years. In my 20’s and 30’s I helped operate my family’s printing business. Even though I wasn’t in real estate at the time, friends and family would always come to me to help them when they were looking to sell or buy their homes. I had a knack for finding solutions to their problems. After the printing business was sold, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to do something I loved and so I got my real estate license. Now that Theresa and I are partners, we make a perfect team because I love helping our clients with all the things that come up when they’re selling their house and Theresa loves the challenge of finding their perfect home!
Theresa Jensen – Why I Became a Realtor: When I was a kid growing up in WI, my mom used to take me to the Parade of Homes. I loved going to see all the new homes and I’ve continued to do so throughout my adult life. I met Jennifer at an open house she was showing and, between the two, I was inspired to become a real estate agent.
What Makes Us Different: We are different because we don’t just rely on the automated tools such as the MLS. We personally work with our clients by having face to face meetings, following up with agents via phone calls and emails, and we also do manual home searches for buyers since the MLS is only as good as the data the agents enter in the system.

For our buyers, we not only set up an automated search that meets your purchase criteria, we also manually scour the active listings for you. We also visit all of the new build subdivisions every few months. We have extensive knowledge of what the builders are selling. For our sellers, it means not just putting photos of your house on the MLS and resorting to a price reduction if it doesn’t sell right away. We take an active role in staging, styling and preparing your house for market. We make adjustments online and in person when needed as to how your house is presented to make it more appealing and get it SOLD!
