It’s simple! There are no contracts, no minimum requirements, and no costs!
Here’s how it works:
We are offering a percentage of our commission to any home purchase or home selling referrals from your team members. The referral can be a neighbor, co-worker, friend, or family member. The referral just needs to let us know which team they are referring. Upon close of escrow, we will donate a certain percentage of our commission to your team. As an example, one home purchase referral can result in up to a $3,000 donation to your team! That is basically the equivalent of having to sell 100 football squares at $50 each minus payouts throughout the football season!
We will provide hard copies and soft copies of team flyers that explain the fundraiser. Parents then give them out to folks they know that are looking to buy or sell a home.
